Description

Stand up high collar with lace edging. surface of collar covered with large jet beads. Large beads which form a double row. Front opening with 9 hook and eye fasteners down the front. the bottom edge falls into 7 points with lace ruffle edging all but 2 front points. Entire surface in floral pattern of small jet beads. Is lined with black silk. Lace at center back forms a kind of peplum.
